Full Moon in Cancer

You are invited to join me via the virtual Loft Sanctuary
for a Full Moon in Cancer as we come to the end of the year… and invite in a new year. 

We will be exploring and honouring this sensitive, soft and receptive energy that invites us into our psychological processes,
asking us to return to our own inner landscapes, finding our way home. 

We will take our time to reflect through a bespoke inner journey and immersive soundscapes,
journaling prompts, ritual and sacred sharing circle as we all come together,
filtering out what we no longer need and see what we may take with us into 2021.
We will end with a nourishing yoga nidra and live music. 

There is never any pressure. You are welcome just as you are. 

We begin at 8pm and close just after 9.30pm.
